Commonly known as "roti", roti is made of wheat flour. Roti can be in a form of chapati, paratha, and naan. It is a type of flatbread that is made with wheat and water mix, kneading the dough and cooking in a flat pan known as "Tawa". This is also a staple food in many parts of Nepal and is searved with vegetables, lentils or curries. This is a very common part of Nepali life where majority of the county is dependent on its daily usage.
