Dumplings, better known as Momo, is one of the most popular traditional Nepalese dish served in almost anywhere within Nepal and also in India and Tibet. 

The Momo making process is fun as many people gather at home and get engaged in making Momo to impress their friends and families. It is made using a thin layer of dough which gets filled with a mixture of minced meat (usually buff is the most popular one) and is served with a dipping sauce made of tomatoes, cilantro, garlic and chili peppers.
